Senior Associate, Growth Venture Investing

RX3 Growth Partners is looking for a Senior Associate to join their investment team. This role is all about being involved in the full investment cycle, from sourcing to execution and portfolio support. If you have a passion for health and wellness and some experience in investing, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in health and wellness.
• Lead the diligence process, including financial modeling and market analysis.
• Prepare investment memos for the Investment Committee.
• Work with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives.
• Support investor relations and fundraising efforts.

What You Need

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
• Strong focus on consumer sectors, especially health and wellness.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required.
