Senior Associate, HCM Growth Strategy

The Senior Associate, HCM at PSG Equity will be the main person in charge of their Workday HCM system. This role involves managing the system’s configuration and leading projects to enhance its functionality. You’ll work closely with various teams to ensure data accuracy and improve employee experiences. It’s a hands-on position with a lot of visibility and opportunities to present to senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to person for all things Workday HCM.
• Manage system configuration and ensure data integrity.
• Lead major projects and enhancements in Workday.
• Build reports and dashboards to help with decision making.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve processes.
• Stay on top of Workday updates and manage changes.

What You Need

• 3-7 years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experience.
• Experience with Core HCM and multiple functional modules.
• Ability to manage complex Workday environments independently.
• Strong experience with Workday integrations and troubleshooting.
• Background in financial services or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts simply.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle competing priorities.
