Senior Associate, Infrastructure & Real Assets Investing

Hamilton Lane is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Real Assets Investment Team. In this role, you’ll assist in evaluating new investment opportunities and monitoring existing ones. You’ll work closely with Analysts and senior team members, gaining exposure to top firms in the industry. What You’ll Do

• Help with due diligence on real estate and infrastructure investments.
• Guide Analysts in the due diligence process.
• Participate in General Partner meetings and site visits.
• Model complex transactions and negotiate partnership documents.
• Work on special projects like industry analysis and client projects.

What You Need

• 5-7 years of experience in real assets or related fields.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to think strategically and defend investment opinions.
• Self-directed and proactive in seeking information.
