Senior Associate, Investments

Aligned Climate Capital is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Investments team. This role involves working on solar and clean energy projects, from financial modeling to portfolio management. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for investment opportunities.
• Support origination efforts and prepare investment memorandums.
• Negotiate and manage key contracts related to project acquisition.
• Track and report on market and regulatory developments.
• Assist in fundraising and investor reporting.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or project finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Experience with M&A, structured finance, and joint venture transactions.
• Understanding of energy regulatory frameworks and policy incentives.
• Excellent communication skills.
