This role involves working on corporate and platform-level real estate investments across various asset classes. The ideal candidate will perform financial analysis, conduct market research, and support strategic initiatives within the firm.
What You’ll Do
- Perform complex financial analysis and valuations
- Conduct market research and supply & demand analysis
- Prepare presentations and memos to support investments
- Present analysis and recommendations in meetings
- Interact with advisors, investment bankers, and brokers
- Lead due diligence and transaction execution
- Collaborate with team members and senior management
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-7 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, real estate investing, or private equity
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
- Attention to detail and quick learning ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong ethics and integrity
