Senior Associate, Investments (Self-Storage)

Brookfield is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Investments team focusing on self-storage assets. In this role, you’ll be involved in the acquisition process, from underwriting to closing deals. What You’ll Do

• Focus on acquiring self-storage assets and maximizing investment returns
• Assist in the investment process, including due diligence and negotiations

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Real Estate
• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, investment sales, or real estate investing
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Attention to detail and quick learning ability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong ethical standards and integrity
