Senior Associate, Venture Investments

Xora Innovation is looking for a Senior Associate in Investments to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll be actively involved in sourcing deals, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with founders and co-investors.
• Conduct due diligence for potential investments.
• Create investment memos and market assessments.
• Support portfolio companies with introductions and follow-up diligence.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.

What You Need

• STEM degree (Bachelor’s minimum) to understand technical discussions.
• Passion for startups and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Experience working with or advising startups is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with founders and investors.
• Ability to recognize and assess talent and team dynamics.
• High personal output and self-motivation.
• Exceptional writing skills for clear communication.
• Structured analytical training, preferably from consulting or investment banking.
