Senior Associate, Investor Reporting & Credit IR

Ares Management is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Investor Reporting team in Alternative Credit. In this role, you’ll help manage investor reporting and data analytics while supporting investor relations activities. You’ll work closely with various teams to ensure accurate reporting and streamline processes. This position offers a great opportunity to gain visibility with senior management and contribute to the firm’s success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and review investment and fund reporting
• Assist with portfolio monitoring and analysis
• Coordinate data governance and integrity processes
• Support investor requests and prepare reports
• Streamline operations and improve data processes
• Help with fundraising meetings and industry conferences

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic performance
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in investor relations, asset management, or similar fields
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7, 63 and SIE licenses within 3 months
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with modeling skills
• Experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools
• Exposure to asset-based finance is a plus
