Senior Associate, M&A and Strategic Finance

Vialto Partners is looking for a Senior Associate in M&A and Strategic Finance to join their team in New York City. This role is crucial for driving growth and financial excellence, working closely with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience and a collaborative mindset, contributing to all stages of M&A and supporting investor relations.

What You’ll Do

• Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from sourcing to integration.
• Develop detailed transaction models to assess financial impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and risks.
• Prepare materials for Investment Committee and Board reviews.
• Assist in crafting investor messaging and presentations.
• Lead analytical projects to support executive decision-making.
• Identify and recommend improvements in finance processes.

What You Need

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Strong transactional experience with M&A execution and valuation modeling.
• Exposure to capital markets and investor relations is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
