Senior Associate, Performance & Attribution

Ares Management is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Performance and Attribution team in London. This role involves calculating and analyzing investment portfolio performance and providing insights to support various teams. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Calculate and analyze investment portfolio performance.
• Deliver asset-level track records and performance insights.
• Ensure data flows correctly from accounting to performance systems.
• Fulfill client and marketing requests.
• Assist with strategic projects and onboarding assets.
• Help develop innovative solutions for reporting and analytics.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or quantitative field preferred.
• 3-5 years of performance-related experience.
• Strong understanding of performance concepts.
• Knowledge of fixed-income products is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Eagle Performance and Bloomberg is desirable.
• Basic understanding of Python, SQL, and PowerBI is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
