Senior Associate, Portfolio Human Capital

General Atlantic is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Portfolio Human Capital team in Miami. In this role, you’ll manage executive searches and support portfolio companies in finding top talent. You’ll work closely with management teams and investment professionals, conducting research and assessments to help identify and develop leadership capabilities. What You’ll Do

• Support C-suite search assignments with portfolio companies
• Independently run searches for senior executives
• Research industries and talent ecosystems
• Engage and assess qualified executives
• Conduct management assessments to identify gaps
• Utilize best practice tools for research efforts
• Coordinate with external search firms when needed

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in executive search or high growth companies
• Experience engaging with clients and candidates
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical and curious mindset
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
