Senior Associate, Portfolio Management

Ares Management is looking for a Senior Associate in Real Estate Portfolio Management. In this role, you’ll support the firm’s investment activities through financial analysis and reporting. What You’ll Do

• Manage financial models and forecasts for real estate investments.

What You Need

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Experience with financial modeling and valuation.
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, and Argus is a plus.
• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
