Senior Associate, Portfolio Management

Novastone Capital Advisors is looking for a Senior Associate in Portfolio Management to join their team in North America. This role is crucial for maximizing value in their portfolio companies by participating in strategic decision-making and monitoring performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and management, and will work closely with CEOs to drive growth and ensure compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Help develop and implement growth and value creation plans.
• Act as a partner for CEOs in executing strategies.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies.
• Identify and manage risks affecting performance.
• Ensure compliance and governance standards across portfolio companies.
• Lead capital-raising efforts and build investor relationships.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior management position or as an operator.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with CEOs and senior executives.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
