Senior Associate, Portfolio Talent Solutions

General Atlantic is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Portfolio Talent Solutions team in Miami. In this role, you’ll manage executive searches and support portfolio companies in finding top talent. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders and have the opportunity to engage with senior executives. This position offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team in a leading investment firm.

What You’ll Do

• Support and manage C-suite search assignments
• Independently run searches for portfolio companies
• Research industries and competitive landscapes
• Engage and assess qualified executives
• Conduct management assessments to identify capability gaps
• Work with external search firms when needed

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in executive search or high growth companies
• Experience in supporting search engagements or talent projects
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical and intellectually curious
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
