Senior Associate, Private Debt Investing

StepStone Group is looking for MBA students to join their Private Debt team as Summer Senior Associates. This internship offers a chance to dive into the private debt market, working on various investment strategies and gaining valuable insights. What You’ll Do

• Work with a team to review private debt opportunities
• Conduct market research to analyze credit strategies

• Monitor and analyze fund performance

What You Need

• Must be a full-time MBA student graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrable analytical and quantitative skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach
