Senior Associate, Private Equity Buyout

FVLCRUM Funds is looking for a Senior Associate in their Bethesda, MD office. This role involves evaluating and executing investments, monitoring portfolio companies, and engaging in M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a passion for making a difference in the community.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and support M&A transactions for new investments and add-ons.
• Conduct analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling for new investments.
• Work with portfolio companies on strategic and financial initiatives.
• Monitor and report on portfolio company performance post-investment.
• Engage in meetings with management teams and financial institutions.
• Participate in exit processes and other capital events.

What You Need

• 4-6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in supply chain or sustainability sectors is a plus.
• Professional maturity and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and a desire to learn.
• Interpersonal skills to work with senior management and investors.
