LLR Partners is looking for a Senior Associate to join their investment team in Philadelphia. This role focuses on evaluating and supporting investments in the healthcare and software sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking and private equity, and will be involved in all stages of the investment process. What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate new investment opportunities in healthcare and software markets.
  • Develop research-driven investment theses and market assessments.
  • Conduct financial analysis and diligence on potential investments.
  • Create clear investment materials for decision-making.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders including management teams and advisors.
  • Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and help them grow.

What You Need

  • 4-7 years of relevant investment experience.
  • 2-3 years in investment banking and 2-3 years in private equity.
  • Experience in healthcare, software, technology, or lower middle market businesses.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic achievement.
