Senior Associate, Private Infra Investing

Partners Group is looking for a Senior Associate in Private Infrastructure to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you’ll be sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities while working closely with senior managers. You’ll lead due diligence processes and engage with portfolio companies to implement value creation strategies. What You’ll Do

• Source and analyze investment opportunities in infrastructure.
• Conduct financial modeling and strategic analysis.
• Prepare and present Investment Committee papers.
• Lead due diligence processes for transactions.
• Engage with target companies and participate in meetings.
• Support investment leadership in negotiations and agreements.
• Work with portfolio companies to implement value creation plans.

What You Need

• 6-9 years of experience in private equity, infrastructure, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work in diverse, global teams.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
• Strong academic background with a track record of achievement.
