Senior Associate, Private Wealth Product Development

General Atlantic is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Private Wealth Product Development and Management team in New York. This role involves supporting the full product lifecycle for private wealth offerings, including product design, competitor analysis, and client reporting. You’ll work closely with various teams to create and manage innovative investment products tailored for private wealth investors.

What You’ll Do

• Support product strategy and design for private wealth delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for product development and launches.
• Prepare marketing materials and performance updates for clients.
• Analyze market intelligence to identify new product opportunities.
• Maintain high-quality product marketing and due diligence materials.
• Assist in wealth platform due diligence processes.
• Contribute to ongoing product management and reporting.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA or CAIA progress is a plus.
• 3-6+ years in private market investment product management or wealth product development.
• Strong knowledge of private markets and alternative investment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to create clear, investor-ready materials.
• Strong analytical skills, especially with performance data and Excel.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
