Senior Associate, Property Management

Ares Management is looking for a Senior Associate to manage property operations in Vietnam. This role involves overseeing the daily technical operations of industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management and a solid understanding of building systems. This position offers a chance to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the success of the properties managed.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of industrial properties
• Ensure building systems are maintained and operated properly
• Manage vendors and service providers to meet quality standards
• Act as the main contact for tenants regarding operational issues
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate site records
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in property management or facility management
• Hands-on experience with site operations and technical systems
• Strong knowledge of building systems and industrial operations
• Good vendor and contractor management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Proficient in reporting and documentation, including Excel and PowerPoint
