Senior Associate, Real Assets Investing

Hamilton Lane is looking for a Senior Associate in Real Assets to join their team. In this role, you’ll assist in evaluating investment opportunities and monitoring existing investments. You’ll work closely with senior professionals and have the chance to lead Analysts in the due diligence process. What You’ll Do

• Help with due diligence on real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources investments.
• Guide Analysts in the due diligence process.
• Manage day-to-day investment analysis tasks.
• Participate in meetings and site visits with senior staff.
• Work on special projects like industry analysis and client projects.

What You Need

• 4+ years of experience in real assets or related fields.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to think strategically and defend investment ideas.
• Self-directed and proactive in seeking information.
