Senior Associate, Real Estate Development

In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing logistics projects, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations. What You’ll Do

• Source and manage logistics projects in Spain.
• Lead land acquisition and feasibility studies.

What You Need

• Relevant undergraduate degree required.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in property or development.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish industrial and logistics market.
• Ability to identify and create new business opportunities.
• Understanding of leasing, land acquisition, and development processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
