Senior Associate, Real Estate Equity Asset Management

Ares Management is looking for a Senior Associate or Vice President to join their Residential / Living Asset Management team in London. This role involves driving value creation and operational performance across their real estate portfolio in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance and asset management, with a focus on multifamily and student housing sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute asset management plans for real estate investments.

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in real estate or finance.
