Senior Associate, Real Estate Exchange Specialist

The Senior Associate / Vice President role at Ares Management focuses on providing specialized support for 1031 and 721 exchange products. What You’ll Do

• Become an expert on 1031 exchanges and Ares real estate funds
• Communicate the benefits of the AREX platform to advisors and investors
• Work with the distribution team to turn opportunities into transactions
• Engage in outreach to support business development
• Manage transactions from start to finish
• Collaborate with the closing team for smooth execution

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
• Experience in financial services is a must
• Knowledge of real estate and 1031 exchanges is a big plus
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a willingness to travel
