StepStone Group is looking for a Senior Associate in Real Estate Business Partnering to join their La Jolla team. In this role, you’ll oversee data operations and automation, providing valuable insights for decision-making. You’ll lead a small team and work on enhancing operational efficiency through technology. What You’ll Do

• Oversee data extraction and automation to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate globally to provide insights for decision-making.
• Define automation processes and create documentation.
• Lead automation initiatives to scale operations.
• Perform ETL tasks and develop code for operational efficiency.
• Manage a small team and support their development.
• Communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

What You Need

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in a relevant role, like Data Analyst or Portfolio Analyst.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and C++ for scripting and data analytics.
• Experience with MySQL for database management and data retrieval.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms for process improvement.
• Familiarity with Power BI for building dashboards.
• Must hold a CFA Charter.
