Senior Associate, Relationship Management

Hamilton Lane is looking for a Senior Associate in Relationship Management to join their Dubai office. In this role, you’ll support SMA/Advisory clients in the GCC, working closely with senior team members. You’ll help with strategic planning, manage client meetings, and create presentation materials. What You’ll Do

• Support existing SMA/Advisory clients in the GCC
• Help develop strategic planning and portfolio construction
• Manage monthly client meetings and follow-ups
• Act as a bridge between clients and the Hamilton Lane team
• Learn and use Hamilton Lane technology tools for client deliverables
• Create and review presentation materials for clients
• Regularly meet with clients, both remotely and in-person

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree required, post graduate qualification preferred (like CFA/MBA)
• Fluent in English
• 7+ years’ experience in financial services, especially in private markets
• Familiarity with the GCC institutional LP landscape
• Good understanding of capital structures and portfolio construction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
