Senior Associate, RIA Sales

Ares Management is looking for a Senior Associate to join their RIA Sales team. In this role, you’ll work closely with regional leads to enhance Ares’ presence in the Registered Investment Advisor space. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with RIAs and representing Ares’ investment solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in alternative investments and excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Work with regional leads to boost Ares’ brand in the RIA channel.
• Build and maintain relationships with alternative-focused RIAs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Ares’ investment solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow Ares’ investment offerings.
• Communicate Ares’ product philosophy and objectives clearly.
• Participate in client seminars and events.

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, especially with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
• Must have FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Knowledge of equity, fixed income, and alternative investments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven sales skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
