In this role, you’ll support investor relations functions and help communicate strategies and financial results to shareholders. You’ll work closely with senior management and develop relationships with investors while managing various projects. What You’ll Do
- Communicate strategies and financial results to shareholders and analysts.
- Work with senior management on shareholder communications and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential shareholders.
- Prepare for shareholder meetings and conferences.
- Manage relationships with research analysts and track their reports.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on quarterly earnings materials.
- Monitor industry developments and prepare reports for management.
- Assist with firm-wide projects and initiatives.
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or equity research.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
- Strong knowledge of the REIT industry is preferred.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
