What You Need

• 6-8 years of experience in site selection or real estate transactions, ideally in data centers.
• Strong understanding of data center requirements like power and cooling.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a successful track record.
• Strong communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with financial modeling and budget management.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
