Senior Associate, Strategic Partner Group

Hamilton Lane is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Strategic Partner Group. In this role, you’ll work on important initiatives that shape the firm’s operations globally. You’ll collaborate with various teams, manage projects, and help drive strategic decisions. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Head of the Strategic Partner Group on key initiatives.
• Break down complex problems into clear plans and milestones.
• Manage project plans and keep everything on track.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather input and drive alignment.
• Follow up on commitments and help resolve any blockers.
• Prepare updates for senior leadership.

What You Need

• Experience in project management or consulting.
• Ability to handle unclear information and changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree and several years of relevant experience.
