Senior Associate, Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Development

HarbourVest Partners is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Strategic Partnerships & Corporate Development team in Boston. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to identify and execute partnerships that enhance the firm’s growth. You’ll be involved in everything from financial modeling to negotiating deals, all while collaborating with various teams across the firm.

What You’ll Do

• Manage partnership opportunities from start to finish
• Build financial models to evaluate partnerships
• Prepare materials for senior leadership
• Work with legal teams on agreements
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Drive collaboration across various teams

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or similar fields
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on complex transactions
• Interest in private markets and alternative investments
