Senior Associate, U.S. Real Estate Logistics Asset Management

• Participate in due diligence for acquisitions

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in asset management preferred
• Leasing experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage transactional details effectively
• Budgeting skills, including knowledge of Yardi and Excel
• Strong relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel domestically
