Senior Associate, U.S. Sponsor Origination – Structuring and Execution

Apollo Global Management is looking for a Senior Associate to join their U.S. Sponsor Origination, Structuring and Execution team. In this role, you’ll help structure loan terms, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with various teams to support sponsor clients. What You’ll Do

• Help structure loan terms and negotiate agreements.

What You Need

• 2-4 years of experience in leveraged finance or direct lending.
• Strong understanding of market terms related to loans.
• Experience negotiating credit agreements.
• Ability to assist in structuring loan documents.
• Detail-oriented with a curious mindset.
• Familiarity with M&A sponsor processes is a plus.
