-- Decentralized Masters is looking for a VC Senior Associate to join their Miami team. In this role, you’ll manage the deal process from start to finish, source new investment opportunities, and conduct due diligence. This is a great chance for someone with a few years of experience in venture capital or investment banking to step up and take ownership of deals. You’ll work closely with the Director of Investments and have a direct impact on the firm’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the entire deal process from screening to closing.
- Source new deals and build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments.
- Prepare and present investment memos to the Investment Committee.
- Coordinate legal aspects of deal execution.
- Support community engagement and member-facing content.
What You Need
- 3 to 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
- Experience leading due diligence on at least one closed deal.
- Strong writing skills for creating investment memos.
- Ability to build financial models from scratch.
- Comfortable working independently and following up without being told.
- Ability to engage with accredited investors and operators confidently.
