Senior Associate, Venture and Growth Equity

Hamilton Lane is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Venture and Growth Equity Team. In this role, you’ll be involved in sourcing and managing investment opportunities while also supporting portfolio management and client communication. The position requires strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit, making it a great fit for someone with a background in private markets and venture capital.

What You’ll Do

• Support venture and growth equity investments, including funds and co-investments.
• Lead due diligence and financial analysis on investment opportunities.
• Manage the deal process and communicate with General Partners.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for decision-making.
• Monitor existing investments and analyze performance reports.
• Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities.
• Help train and manage Analysts and Associates.

What You Need

• At least 5 years of experience in private markets or financial services.
• Experience with venture capital and growth equity investing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex information.
• Team-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.
• High professionalism and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
