What You’ll Do
- Support sourcing and evaluating commercial real estate investments
- Develop and maintain financial models for various property types
- Oversee the property due diligence process for acquisitions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processes
- Identify and source new investment opportunities
- Research market trends and competitive landscapes
- Assist with asset management and budgeting
- Prepare investment materials for leadership and partners
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytically rigorous role
- Expert financial modeling skills, especially in Excel
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and financial structures
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical abilities
- Resourceful and detail-oriented with great organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
