Senior Associate, Venture Investing

Magnify Ventures is looking for a Senior Associate to join their team as they launch Magnify II. This role involves managing fund operations, supporting investment analysis, and engaging with portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for venture capital and technology, along with relevant experience. What You’ll Do

• Manage fund operations and support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate portfolio data collection and maintain datasets.
• Conduct market research and support investment diligence.
• Assist with investment analysis and deal execution.
• Support portfolio companies and connect them with resources.
• Drive communication and engagement within the network.

What You Need

• Passionate about venture capital and technology.
• Curious and eager to learn about tech companies in the care sector.
• Familiar with venture capital finance and deal processes.
• Analytical thinker who can handle large amounts of data.
• Self-directed and able to work independently or in teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 3-5 years of experience in venture capital or finance.
• MBA preferred.
