Senior Investment Analyst, Growth Investing

Axia Partners is looking for a Senior Investment Analyst to join their team in Lehi, UT. In this role, you’ll manage the performance of existing real estate assets and help analyze new investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will be analytical and proactive, eager to contribute to the investment cycle. What You’ll Do

• Analyze the financial performance of real estate assets
• Develop and maintain financial models in Excel
• Prepare reports for investors and senior leadership
• Work with property management to improve operations
• Assist in underwriting new acquisitions
• Support strategic decision-making for asset dispositions

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in asset management or real estate investment analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling
• Strong understanding of financial statements and real estate valuation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
