Senior Investment Associate, Growth & Venture Investing

iGravity is looking for a Senior Investment Associate to join their Impact Ventures team in Bogotá. This role involves leading debt financing deals for SMEs and high-growth ventures in emerging markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit analysis and impact investing, and will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and monitoring investments. What You’ll Do

• Identify and qualify new lending opportunities in assigned geographies.
• Conduct research and due diligence on potential portfolio companies.
• Lead the structuring and execution of debt facilities tailored to SMEs.
• Draft investment memorandums and present findings to Investment Committees.
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage borrower relationships.

What You Need

• At least 5 years of experience in lending or investment roles focused on debt products.
• Strong credit assessment skills, including loan structuring and cash flow-based underwriting.
• Experience with structured lending or asset-backed financing is a plus.
• Ability to build financial models and draft investment memoranda.
• Exposure to impact measurement and management frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; CPA/ACCA or CFA is a bonus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
