Senior Investment Associate, Investing Strategy

Alluvium Equity is looking for a Senior Investment Associate to join their team in Grand Forks, ND. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative and building processes from scratch. You’ll work closely with the firm’s leadership on investment analysis, deal sourcing, and internal operations. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain financial models for investments.
• Support investment analysis and due diligence.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities.
• Engage with industry contacts and maintain a sourcing pipeline.
• Assist in fundraising and LP communications.
• Lead the development of internal processes and tools.

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in finance, investing, or operations.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience in a startup or operational finance role is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
