Senior Investment Associate, Investing Strategy

Ames Watson is looking for a Senior Investment Associate to join their team in Columbia, MD. In this role, you’ll be involved in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting portfolio companies. What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.
• Perform research and due diligence for investments.
• Prepare and present investment memos to senior team members.
• Collaborate with portfolio company personnel on initiatives.

What You Need

• 4-6 years of experience in finance, private equity, accounting, or consulting.
• CFA or CPA preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel.
