Senior Investment Associate, Investment

COI Partners is looking for a Senior Investment Associate to join their team in Frankfurt. In this role, you’ll be involved in identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting portfolio companies. What You’ll Do

• Help identify and analyze investment opportunities in the DACH region.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses, as well as due diligence processes.
• Create financial models to evaluate potential investments.
• Support existing portfolio companies with value creation and strategy projects.
• Monitor portfolio companies closely and prepare reports for investors.
• Participate in negotiations and closing of transactions.
• Build and maintain a network with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders.

What You Need

• Excellent academic background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in M&A, corporate finance, or consulting.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, company valuation, and modeling.
• Experience with financial software and AI tools.
• Great analytical skills and a structured, goal-oriented approach.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• A team player with a proactive attitude, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
