Senior Investment Associate, Investing Strategy

Partners Capital is looking for a Senior Investment Associate in San Francisco. This role involves managing client portfolios, developing investment strategies, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a passion for investing, along with excellent communication skills. What You’ll Do

• Manage client portfolios and relationships to maximize investment performance
• Develop investment strategies based on research insights
• Monitor and rebalance portfolio exposures as needed
• Prepare materials for client meetings and respond to inquiries
• Support junior team members in their development
• Assist in business development and pitch preparation
• Conduct investment research and due diligence

What You Need

• Passion for investing
• 3-6 years of experience in a professional services role
• Strong academic background with an undergraduate degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• High intellectual curiosity
• Interest in pursuing CFA is a plus
