Senior Investment Manager, Investing Strategy

TFC Advisory is looking for a Senior Investment Manager to join their team in Paris. This role involves sourcing and managing investments in the energy transition sector. You will work closely with the Head of Growth to evaluate opportunities and support portfolio companies. What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the energy transition space.
• Build a network of entrepreneurs and co-investors to enhance deal flow.
• Lead due diligence processes and financial modeling.
• Negotiate and structure investment transactions.
• Prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee.
• Support portfolio companies in their growth and governance.

What You Need

• 7-12 years of experience in growth equity, private equity, M&A, or venture capital.
• Master’s degree in economics, management, finance, law, or engineering; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Experience in energy transition, clean energy, or sustainable sectors is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build financial models.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; French is preferred.
