Senior Investment Manager, VC Founders & Scouting

Antler is looking for a Senior Investment Manager to join their Scouting team in Sydney. This role involves sourcing and building relationships with early-stage founders, assessing their potential, and supporting them through their entrepreneurial journey. It’s a unique opportunity to be deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem and help shape the future of innovative companies.

What You’ll Do

• Find and connect with promising pre-seed founders in New South Wales.
• Build and manage a pipeline of exceptional founders.
• Assess founder potential through interviews and applications.
• Represent Antler at startup events to discover new talent.
• Improve scouting processes and manage founder recruitment.
• Support founders during their residency and contribute to investment discussions.

What You Need

• 4+ years of experience in a tech startup, recruiting, or as a founder.
• Understanding of go-to-market and 0-1 strategies.
• Active network in the tech/startup community.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Based in Sydney.
