This role involves partnering with business leaders to enhance talent strategies and improve employee experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, particularly in financial services, and will play a key role in driving HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with leaders to shape talent strategies and organizational design
• Manage employee relations and performance issues
• Lead annual HR processes like performance reviews and compensation planning
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with HR teams to deliver effective solutions
• Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 15+ years of HR experience, with 8+ years in a senior HR role
• Experience in financial services is a must
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to handle complex HR issues
• Proficient in HR analytics and Microsoft Office
• Experience with organizational change and workforce planning
• Excellent communication skills
