What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 15+ years of HR experience, with 8+ years in a senior HR role
- Experience in financial services is a must
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to handle complex HR issues
- Proficient in HR analytics and Microsoft Office
- Experience with organizational change and workforce planning
