Senior Manager, Ventures Portfolio Management

Prosus is looking for a Senior Manager in Ventures Portfolio Management & Strategy to connect their portfolio companies with the broader ecosystem. This role involves hands-on management, strategic investment thinking, and operational partnership with founders. The ideal candidate will have experience in building tech-driven businesses and will lead a small team to ensure portfolio companies thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor portfolio company performance and track key metrics.
• Support product advancement across portfolio companies.
• Act as a trusted partner to founders, helping them navigate challenges.
• Contribute to shaping the investment strategy based on market trends.
• Produce monthly reports on portfolio results and strategic achievements.
• Build relationships between portfolio companies and Prosus operating companies.
• Lead a team of Associates, fostering a collaborative culture.

What You Need

• You have experience as an early-stage founder or in product leadership.
• You understand the challenges of building tech-driven businesses.
• You have a background in venture capital or strategic investment.
• You can lead and develop a team, with at least 2 years of management experience.
• You possess strong analytical skills to assess portfolio performance.
• You communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• You have a genuine interest in technology trends.
