Senior Product Specialist, Strategic Portfolio Finance

The Carlyle Group is looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join their AlpInvest Investor Relations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading fundraising efforts and managing product strategies for their Strategic Portfolio Finance and Credit Secondaries offerings. You’ll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful fund launches and maintain strong investor relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage fundraising processes for various investment strategies
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies from start to finish
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Investment Teams for roadshows
• Oversee investor due diligence and closing processes
• Manage a team and mentor junior staff

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, preferably as a Product Specialist
• Experience with Credit or Secondary product strategies is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Resourceful and collaborative team player
