What You’ll Do

- Represent Antler at startup events to discover new talent
- Improve scouting processes and manage recruitment pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to attract top founders
- Support founders during their residency and contribute to investment discussions
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience in a tech startup, recruiting, or as a founder
- Understanding of go-to-market and 0-1 strategies
- Active network in the tech/startup community
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
- Based in Sydney
