Senior, Strategic Portfolio Finance

The Carlyle Group is looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join their Investor Relations team. This role involves managing fundraising processes and developing strategies for their Strategic Portfolio Finance and Credit Secondaries offerings. You’ll work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful fund launches and maintain strong investor relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage fundraising processes for various investment strategies
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies from start to finish
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to engage with investors
• Oversee investor due diligence and closing processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful fund launches

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, preferably as a Product Specialist
• Experience with Credit or Secondary product strategies is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Resourceful and collaborative team player
